RETURNS / EXCHANGES

You can return any items purchased in the last 14 days that aren’t marked as final sale.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS AND BE IN UNUSED CONDITION.

You cannot return items that were free gifts, promotional items with retail value, purchased longer than 14 days ago, or marked as final sale.

A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you need to exchange your hat for another style or size. Customer will be responsible for return of item they wish to exchange. Once item is received we will invoice for shipping cost of the replacement item. If we do not receive payment for replacement item within 5 business days, we will issue a refund and you will then need to purchase your desired replacement product in a new order.
