SHIPPING & PROCESSING

IN-STOCK ITEMS

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days with exception of custom/personalized/letter hats.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day (Monday) and may ship within 1–2 business days after processing begins.

PREORDER & BACKORDER ITEMS

If your order contains a preorder or backordered item, your full order will ship once that item becomes available.

If you would like in stock items to ship before backordered items become available, please place two separate orders.

Expected ship dates are listed on the product page and on the Add to Cart button for backordered/preordered items. Please review these dates carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOM LETTER HATS & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom letter hats and personalized items are made to order and require additional processing time.

Please allow up to 4–6 business days for production before shipment.

While many custom orders ship sooner, production times may vary depending on order volume.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Noggin Headwear purchase. Please review our policy below before initiating a return. You may initiate a return by emailing support@nogginheadwear.com

STANDARD RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with original tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs- This will be deducted from your credit if a pre-paid shipping label is issued ($6.95 return shipping cost)

PLEASE RETURN ITEM IN A BOX. RETURNS RECEIVED IN POLYMAILERS WILL RESULT IN POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE HAT AND REFUSAL OF RETURN.

Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email. Returns are processed weekly on Fridays.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or style, please place a new order using your store credit after it has been issued.

Due to limited inventory and frequent sell-outs, we cannot guarantee that a replacement size or style will be available when your return is received.

PREORDER/BACKORDERED ITEMS

Store credit may not be used towards preorder/backordered items. If you prefer to wait for these items to re-stock to use your store credit, you may do so. Restock dates will be listed on the product page.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All custom, personalized, and initial hats are final sale.

Because these items are made specifically for your order, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please carefully review your selected letter, size, and color before completing checkout. If an incorrect letter is ordered, we are unable to replace or exchange the item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:
• Custom letter hats
• Personalized products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items returned in used or damaged condition

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Email: support@nogginheadwear.com
