Love the hat for my girl, she’s had it since about 10 months old and we’ve used it for the splash pad, beach, park, and everyday walks. Had so many compliments at the Oak Island splash pad this summer, we will always recommend Noggin for cute, quality hats. Washed great and dried quick.
