$6.95 USPS Ground Advantage (formally called first-class) shipping (1-5 days) shipping in the USA for orders above $50
$12.95 USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) shipping in the USA
SOME NOTES!
All orders ship within 1-2 business days (mon-friday) with exception of custom order hats. Custom orders typically ship within 4-5 business days- check product description for the most current turn around times.
The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays and/or lost or stolen packages. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
ELIGIBLE RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS AND BE IN UNUSED CONDITION.
Regular Return Window:
HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW: ORDERS PLACED FROM 11/2-12/25 MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
You can return any items purchased/delivered in the last 14 days that aren’t marked as final sale.
You cannot return items that were free gifts, custom products, and/ or promotional items with retail value purchased longer than 14 days ago, or marked as final sale.
A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@nogginheadwear.com. We will send a return label for you to send back the item you would like to exchange. A refund will be issued and a return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from refund. You will then need to re-purchase your correct item.
Free gifts are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cash value.
